RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and in resellable condition, and you must contact us at return@happy-baby.co.uk with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on used or washed items, personalised or custom-made products, and clearance or final sale items marked as such, due to hygiene and resale reasons.

WARRANTY POLICY

MyHappy Baby products are rigorously tested to ensure that the baby products you trust meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a product and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, MyHappy Baby will, in its discretion, either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

What does this warranty cover?

Warranty only covers any defects in materials used to manufacture the product.

During the warranty period MyHappy Baby will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of product that prove defective only under the above mentioned provisions.

What will MyHappy Baby do to correct your problems?

If the product is still under warranty, MyHappy Baby will repair the product at no cost. We will also repair any broken parts of a product using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product.


MyHappy Baby's warranty policy does not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, unauthorized modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster, or by theft or loss of the product.

Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse.
Improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in this manual.
Any service or alteration performed by an unauthorized person, company or association.
Damage caused by neglecting and omitting maintenance, cleaning.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@happy-baby.co.uk


SHIPPING

In the unlikely event you need to/are asked to return your product, you should mail your product to: Thmove Ltd, Unit 13 Dawson Road, Milton Keynes, MK1 1LJ.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
